Clearly it's not enough for some people these days and I'm tiring of the people that register then wait a week and spam to 10, PM me and log off until they have access. I feel it in some way demeans me, like they really think I'm some kind of idiot automaton. That goes for all staff, it just feels disrespectful.

The point at hand however.

I'm thinking maybe just make it bigger, and change it's a little...

But what I'm really curious about is hearing what everyone else has to suggest...

Do it. I was thinking of suggesting this. Heck, maybe even use the god-forsaken blink tag. We may have found it's only use.

Warning: There'd better be a good reason for bumping this thread. And getting 10 posts is not a good reason.

I agree with the size change. The regular offenders merely glaze over the red text without comprehending it, this will make it stand out. Relevance is relative on the Internet. "I liek Zero punctuaTion!!" might seem very important to some. The reason why there's a 14 day limit should also be stated.
Here's my suggestion. The extra line makes it chubby, sorry.

Bulky is good, I'm debating on bold too as opposed to just making it a little bigger and I might change restart for revive so it would read:

I'm also trying to think of a better word than necromancy as I'm not 100% certain about how it sounds still.
Doing this also really requires a better write up of the FPG (FurMorphed Posting Guidelines, a little known subsection of the FMA with writing best described as vague at best). It's never really been written properly after all.

Quite honestly, I don't think I've ever seen the FPG...  Having read it now, I think it works.  It explains all the rules well, as well as the expectations for posting.  Plus, you've explained the difference between good and bad necros.  Remember, it's sort of impossible to specify every last possibility for bad posting/good posting, so semi-vague works out nicely.  The only problem is that it's separate from the main agreement.  If you hadn't pointed it out, I doubt I would have ever seen it.

The large/blocky set of text looks good as well, and revive fits the context better than restart.  By the way, if you're looking for a way to explain necromancy, perhaps linking to this clip might work?

The only problem is that it's separate from the main agreement.  If you hadn't pointed it out, I doubt I would have ever seen it.
It's separate because the initial agreement is long enough without it and it's not vital to your registration to the site. It is linked in the main FMA topic along with the role playing rules (which also exist). You'll see if you look that the FMA topic is actually split into 5 sections invluding a contents at the top and a changelog at the bottom, though you may be right maybe what we need is a link.

As someone  who just recently started posted to the group, and had trouble with that, I can vouch that the current red text is easily missed...
Granted I had read the post forum guidelines  ... I simply didn't notice it when I did my replies...

I still stand in dispute that it's not easily missed. It completely displaces the entire posting form and it's bright red.

It's not so bad in some cases when people post rapidly and then go back and say 'oops' because they saw it but just didn't register it until too late.

In any case since the topic fell silent after that last suggestion I'm guessing that was accepted and will probably do... I'll add it to my ever lengthening todo list. It will probably be done tonight to get it out of the way because it's in theory a quick job.

This might work:
Kanibal is watching you consider bumping this topic. If you hit submit, you'd better have a good reason or he'll send the heavies round. And they really don't like necroposts. Don't say you haven't noticed this message, it's big and red like my....um, yeah, it's big and red.

Ooh ooh...how about this then:
The moderating team watch you masturbate, and if you continue with this necropost, they'll post the pictures all over the forum. So save yourself the embarassment. Click back.
