Saw it. OMG THE ENDING

I swear, if I ever meet the director, as soon as I finish congratulating him on what an amazing job he did, I am going to murder him!
Anyway, it was epic, until the end, which made me want to punch the writer. I HATE CLIFFHANGERS.
There was a resounding groan from the cinema audience at the end of the film when I watched it. The ending is pretty much
the entire point of the film.... and then it doesn't come.It was pretty incredible. My friends were like "HE WON'T UNDERSTAND IT!" and they kept asking me questions about what was happening most of the way through. The review I read was right, Inception is very much like coding...
....it's an art form that fights back?

But seriously, what is it with all these people saying you need to watch it twice to understand it? If you can understand "there can be a dream inside a dream", then you have all the knowledge you need.
Though, I do think it was really clever when they were interrogating the guy (I can't remember his name), and giving him the idea that a safe proving that his father loved him used a certain combination... then in the next dream, giving him that combination as a phone number, reinforcing the idea that his father loved him... then in the next dream, working a new meaning around what his father already said, to make him even more certain that his father loved him.
Also, his father must have been a horrible person.
