I have (like many ppl) seen the Titanic many times, and love it. But I seen a Seinfeld episode a while back reference it. George had seen it and said "So that old woman, she's a liar isn't she?" Now I don't recall her lying in the movie, unless he's referring to that she had the diamond the whole time. I would just like some kind of clarification on this, if i missed something..

Its been a long time since I've seen the movie, but my guess would be that its because she lied about having the diamond.

Because ten billion years' time is so fragile, so ephemeral... it arouses such a bittersweet, almost heartbreaking fondness.
