I actually have been having some worries about hypnosis lately. As I am getting busier with training for sports as well as work, I am worried that hypnosis will effect those parts of my life (i.e. randomly transform into an animal while at work) I have been so worried about this, that I have not done any hypnosis in about two weeks

I guess I am just asking for help in getting the courage to transform again.

I actually quit hypnosis after 3 years of it because I was scared of succeeding. That fear held me back from properly visualising the effects, because I was worried that if I allowed myself to believe fully that I had already become an anthro red fox, I would lose the drive to do the job properly (through genetics). Which I am working on now and will be for years yet.

So yeah I guess that isn't the answer you are looking for, but it was because I had seen the potency of the hypnosis files on those who did allow them to work fully, that I felt that way.

I should point out that the files will do what you honestly expect and want them to do on a subconscious level. If you expect them to cause random TFs at the worst possible moments, i.e. because you are anxious, then that will be what they do. If you expect a permanent, always-on TF, you will get that - but you have to believe and hold on to the way you want it to be as a fact of your innermost self.

Did you ever resume hypnosis?

Not on myself, although I still offer in-person furry hypnosis to those who genuinely are sane and want it. I might record files again but only if I'm paid for my time.

Your fear in unprovoked transformation, or TF in inappropriate circumstances is certainly valid, but I think it can be overcome. It depends on the specifics of your ritual, however. Do you gravitate towards feral or anthro transformations? How much does your behavior change when you're under its effects? Your preference with this is a part of your personality more than anything else, and unless it involves something particularly taboo, you shouldn't be too concerned about experiencing yourself as it in public. If there's an external sign of transformation (barking, all-fours, etc.), then it's still definitely possible to makes adjustments to your transformation for public spaces, constructing a situation where you transform into a version of yourself that is still socially acceptable, but maintains many of the desired features of your transformation and self-identity. This can be achieved by tailoring whatever scripts you're using or by experimenting with self-hypnosis techniques. Good luck!

That's good to know. I kinda decided to do it, and if it ever effects real life, to stop doing it.

Thank you for the response.

Whenever I do any form of transformation hypnosis I always set an "undo" trigger something I can activate if my transformation is effecting me in a negative way. For instance if I keep getting distracted by my phantom tail I can use this trigger to remove it temporarily until im in a better situation.
